Components of the Fresh Me Box
The Frisch mich Box consists of three sustainable elements that can be put together quickly and easily.
The corrugated cardboard outer box forms the outer stable shell of the insulated packaging and protects both the contents and the insulating elements from knocks and other external influences.
There are also two foldable cardboard inserts, each with 32 layers of cellulose. They insulate the packaging thanks to the cellulose. Each insert has two folded edges so that they form all-round insulation from all sides in the box. The parts are supplied on two pallets to save space and can simply be put together. As a positive side effect, a layer of paper insulation also provides additional cushioning against impact.
All components are 100% plastic-free and can be disposed of in waste paper after use. Subsequent recycling conserves resources and reduces the impact on the environment. With the Frisch mich Box, you can convey a green and positive corporate image, as the customer immediately notices that they are holding a product made from cardboard. The product can also be personalized by custom printing on the cardboard or using adhesive paper tape with company printing. We can also realize your individual desired size from a certain purchase quantity, so that your products are always securely packaged.
How do my chilled goods arrive safely?
To ensure that the goods are always well chilled during transportation and arrive fresh at the customer, you can choose between different wall and insulation thicknesses. Cooling elements can also help to ensure the required temperature for deep-frozen products and keep them chilled for 48 hours. Additional active cooling in production, in the warehouse or on the truck is not necessary; our Frisch mich Box ensures a defined temperature range for temperature-sensitive products throughout.
The Frisch mich Box can also be used to ship differently chilled products, for example by using an integrated compartment (matching corrugated cardboard inserts) to create different temperature zones.
